Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of GoodFinds AI websites, applications, APIs, and related services (the “Service”) operated by GoodFinds AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
GoodFinds AI provides informational resale sourcing tools, including photo-based item identification, eBay comp research, sell-through signals, and BUY / HOLD / PASS guidance for resellers. The Service is designed to assist your research—not to replace your judgment.
2. AI disclaimer
GoodFinds AI provides informational resale guidance only. Recommendations, verdicts, pricing estimates, sell-through rates, competition labels, and profit projections are generated using market data and AI analysis. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
- You remain solely responsible for all sourcing, purchasing, listing, and resale decisions.
- We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- AI-extracted identity fields (brand, size, style code, condition) may be wrong—verify in person before buying.

3. No guarantees
We make no guarantee of:
- Profit or resale outcome
- Resale value or selling price
- Item authenticity or condition
- Future market performance, sell-through, or demand
4. Your content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload or capture. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including debugging, fraud prevention, support, and model improvement as described in our Privacy Policy). You represent that you have the right to submit such content.
5. Our intellectual property
GoodFinds AI owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, source code, algorithms, models, prompts, workflows, scoring systems, user interfaces, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for your content and third-party materials. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.
6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, models, prompts, scoring logic, or non-public APIs of the Service, except where prohibited restrictions cannot be enforced under applicable law.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, scrape, or publicly share the Service, access credentials, API responses, or proprietary scoring logic in a way that competes with or substitutes for the Service.
- Benchmark the Service for competitive products without our written consent.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures.
- Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
7. Beta features
Features labeled beta or preview may change, be inaccurate, or contain bugs. Beta is under active development. Beta testers may also be subject to the Beta Tester Agreement.
8. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may require a subscription processed through Stripe. Fees, trials, and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method according to your plan. You may cancel according to Stripe portal or in-app flows where available.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., eBay, Stripe, analytics providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOODFINDS AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, INVENTORY VALUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OR MARKET-DERIVED OUTPUTS.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
We are not liable for purchasing decisions, authentication errors, pricing mistakes, marketplace policy violations, or third-party API outages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoodFinds AI from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
