Beta Tester Agreement
This Beta Tester Agreement (“Agreement”) supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for participants in the GoodFinds AI beta program (“Beta”). By accessing Beta features, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Beta program
Beta access is invitation-based or self-serve during a limited preview. The product is under active development. You acknowledge that:
- Features may change or be removed without notice.
- Results may be inaccurate (identity, comps, sell-through, verdicts).
- Bugs may occur including crashes, slow responses, or missing data.
- Beta is provided for evaluation and feedback—not as a finished commercial product.
2. License to use Beta
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Beta solely for testing and internal resale research. This license does not permit commercial exploitation of the Beta software itself.
3. Beta tester restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, prompts, models, scoring logic, or non-public APIs.
- Scrape the Service or harvest data beyond normal personal use.
- Benchmark the Beta for competitors or publish comparative performance studies without written consent.
- Redistribute access, credentials, builds, or Beta materials.
- Share screenshots of internal debug tools, Launch QA Summary, or non-public UI without permission.
- Share API responses, debug exports, or proprietary scoring logic publicly or with competitors.
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse scan or research endpoints.
4. GoodFinds ownership
GoodFinds AI owns all software, intellectual property, and proprietary technology in the Beta, including algorithms, scoring systems, UI, workflows, documentation, and branding. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Your photos and content
You own images and content you upload or capture. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the Beta. See the Privacy Policy for retention, debugging, and deletion rights.
6. AI and informational guidance
GoodFinds AI provides informational resale guidance only. Recommendations are generated using market data and AI analysis. You remain responsible for all sourcing and purchasing decisions.
We make no guarantee of profit, resale value, authenticity, or future market performance. Verify comps and condition in person before purchasing inventory.
7. Limitation of liability
BETA IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOODFINDS AI IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM BETA USE, INCLUDING INVENTORY PURCHASES, MISIDENTIFIED ITEMS, OR RELIANCE ON AI OR MARKET DATA. SEE THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR AGGREGATE LIABILITY LIMITS.
8. Feedback
You may provide suggestions, bug reports, and scan examples. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use feedback to improve the Service without obligation to you. Do not submit confidential third-party information without permission.
9. Confidentiality
Non-public Beta features, unreleased UI, debug modes (including Launch QA Summary), internal metrics, and scoring breakdowns are confidential. Do not disclose them publicly without our written consent, except to report issues directly to us.
10. Data and privacy
Beta usage is subject to the Privacy Policy. We may log additional diagnostics during Beta to improve reliability.
11. Term and termination
We may end Beta access at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Beta ends. Provisions on ownership, restrictions, and disclaimers survive.
